Who we are

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through a form on this website we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and whatever you write in the message, along with which service you selected and the page you sent it from. If you call, message or email us instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us.

We also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where in the world visitors are. This is not used to identify you personally.

Why we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to prepare and send you a quote, and to carry out the work if you go ahead. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest, specifically responding to an enquiry you chose to send us. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to completed work are kept for six years, which is the period we may need them for tax, insurance and any warranty question.

Who else sees it

Enquiry emails are delivered to our own inboxes and stored with our email provider. The website is hosted by SiteGround. Analytics data is processed by Google. Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of this website.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Email Liamdunn2406@outlook.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
